new AIKIDO CLASSES AT JICC

There are Aikido classes conducted by two Polish teachers held in the Multi-purpose hall of Japan Information and Culture Centre every Friday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm except on Embassy holidays. Aikido uses very fluid movements which dissipates the force of the attacker. Aikido is especially famous among people looking to learn how to defend themselves. Aikido is a non competitive martial art and is famous all over the world.
