Ambassador Horie presented his credentials to the President of Somalia

H.E. Ambassador HORIE Ryoichi presented his credentials to H.E. Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed Farmaajo, president of the Federal Republic of Somalia, at the Villa Somalia on Thursday, November 21, 2019.
At the ceremony, Ambassador Horie conveyed on behalf of His Majesty Emperor Naruhito his wishes for continued friendly relations between Japan and Somalia.
Ambassador Horie stated that he was committed to carrying out his duties as Ambassador of Japan to Somalia to further promote bilateral relations between Japan and Somalia.
President Farmaajo warmly welcomed Ambassador Horie to Somalia and reaffirmed that he would continue to work with Japan to expand the friendship for the mutual benefit of the people of Somalia and Japan.
