H.E. Ambassador MATSUURA Hiroshi presented his credentials to H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, at the Villa Somalia on January 30, 2025.
At the ceremony, Ambassador Matsuura conveyed the message of His Majesty Emperor Naruhito.
Ambassador Matsuura stated his commitment to carry out his duties as Ambassador of Japan to Somalia to further promote bilateral relations between the two countries.
The President warmly welcomed Ambassador Matsuura to Somalia and reaffirmed that he would continue to work with Japan to expand the long-standing friendship of Somalia and Japan.
