On Wednesday, 27th April 2022, upon his visit to Mombasa, H.E. Ambassador OKANIWA Ken had a meeting with Brigadier Vincent Naisho Loonena, Director General of Kenya Coast Guard Service (KCGS). They reaffirmed to continue cooperation in maritime security based on the “Free and Open Indo-Pacific”.
