During the conversation with the Programme Hosts: Mr. Eric Latiff, Ms. Ndu Okoh and Mr. Charles T. Muga, Ambassador Okaniwa talked about the upcoming 8th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) which was held in Tunis, Tunisia on August 27th and 28th.
Through TICAD 8, Japan is committed to making Africa more resilient and self-reliant by combining Japanese know-how/technology and funding with African ingenuity in the quest for quality growth.
