On 5th July 2023, H.E. Ambassador OKANIWA Ken paid a courtesy call on Hon. Dr. Robert Pukose, MP from Endebess Constituency and Chairman of the Health Committee. They agreed to promote cooperation on health taking advantage of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Kenya.
