On 6th December 2023, H.E. Ambassador OKANIWA Ken paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Justus Kinyua Mugo, Deputy Governor of Embu County with four Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers who are working in Embu County. They affirmed their commitment to continue strengthening cooperation on the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year.
