Courtesy Call by participants of the Social Forestry Study Tour

On 2^nd September, Ambassador OKANIWA received a courtesy call by Japanese participants of the Social Forestry Study Tour which is hosted jointly by Kenya Forestry Research Institute and Okayama University of Science. The Study Tour aims at enhancing the cordial relationship and mutual understanding of social challenges between Kenyan communities and Japanese youth such as university students. Ambassador OKANIWA, explained Japan’s contribution to forestry sector in Kenya and encouraged them to make the most of their experience in Kenya after their return.
