Ambassador MATSUURA Hiroshi attended a handover ceremony of the Project for the expansion of water supply system in Seretut Location Kericho County under Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects

On Friday, 25th July 2025, H.E. Mr. MATSUURA Hiroshi, Ambassador of Japan attended a handover ceremony held at Kiboet primary school in Kericho County for the extension of water supply system. Kericho Water and Sanitation Company Limited received approximately 11 million Kshs from Japanese Government through Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects for the expansion of water supply system. The project has alleviated burden of water fetching and improved the living environment through access to safe water.
