Mr. Ogihara, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. attends the opening ceremony of National Workship on Strengthening Sovereign Ratings in Kenya

On Monday, 6th October 2025, Mr. Ogihara, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., attended the opening ceremony of National Workship on Strengthening Sovereign Ratings in Kenya, hosted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Through UNDP, Japan is supporting efforts to reduce borrowing costs and debt burdens in Africa and strengthen mobilization of funds by enhancing preparation and understanding of the credit rating process in Kenya and other African countries.
