Mr. Ogihara, Chargé d'Affaires a.i.,attends the opening ceremony of the “ROBOTICS DOJO COMPETITION 2025” hosted by JKUAT

On Wednesday, 8th October 2025, Mr. Ogihara, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., attended the opening ceremony of the “ROBOTICS DOJO COMPETITION 2025” hosted by Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). The competition forms part of the “AFRICA-ai-JAPAN Project (Phase 2)”, a technical cooperation project implemented by JICA and the Government of Japan, and it provides a platform for students to present the results of their robotics engineering education. Through the AFRICA-ai-JAPAN Project, Japan supports to solving development challenges in Africa.
