Courtesy Call by participants of the Social Forestry Study Tour

    On 17 February 2026, Deputy Chief of Mission, Mr. Hori received a courtesy call by Japanese participants of the Social Forestry Study Tour which is hosted jointly by Kenya Forestry Research Institute and Okayama University of Science. The Study Tour aims at enhancing the cordial relationship and mutual understanding of social challenges between Kenyan communities and Japanese youth such as university students. Mr. Hori encouraged them to make the most of their experience in Kenya after returning to Japan.
