On 13 August, H.E. Ambassador MATSUURA Hiroshi received a courtesy call from Dr. Oussouby SACKO, Executive Director of the Tokyo Metropolitan Public University Corporation. During the meeting, an exchange of views took place regarding the possibilities and challenges related to accepting Kenyan students in Japan, as well as the initiatives aimed at fostering internationalization at Tokyo Metropolitan University.
