On 17 August 2026, H.E. Ambassador MATSUURA Hiroshi received a courtesy call from eight newly arrived Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV). They are scheduled to work throughout Kenya in the fields of education, agriculture, community development, and youth activities.
