Before this project was implemented, the school had many problems, such as lack of classrooms and pupils’ dropped out of the school. However, the construction of the facilities improved the educational environment. The school came 2nd place in Rongo sub-county in the national unified examination in 2018.

The Ambassador closed his statement with a message for the pupils, “I really hope these pupils study more and work hard to become Kenya’s leaders of the future”, and he added “I hope Kenya becomes a donor to the other African countries and other developing countries, as Japan once was”.
