Ms. Aya Satomi, a Japanese language lecturer at the Kenyatta University, dispatched by the Japan Foundation, is conducting a Japanese language course for beginners. Details of the course are as follows:

  1. Course Name: Introductory Japanese Language Course
  2. Duration & Intake: 10 lessons (approx. 3 months) per course, 3 courses per year (Feb - Apr / May –Jul / Sept - Nov)
  3. Instructor: Ms. Aya Satomi, Visiting Japanese Lecturer
  4. Venue: Japan Information & Culture Centre (JICC), Embassy of Japan
  5. Day & Time: Friday, 10:00 - 12:00 or 10:30 - 12:00 (TBC)
  6. Class Size: 15 - 20 students per course
  7. Cost: Free
  8. Remark: Only beginner Japanese learners who have not taken any Japanese course at JICC can attend the course. Those who have attended any Japanese courses at JICC are not eligible.
